One Pan Keto Pollo Con Queso


Who doesn't loves a ONE pan dinner??? This recipe was so filling and a big hit for the whole family.

First ya wanna combine all your spices.


Dice up the chicken breasts and cook in oil over med/high heat and sprinkle in the spices to cover.


Cook for 4-5 minutes or until done and set aside.


Lower the heat to low and add your other ingredients. Stirring in the cheese slowly.


Eat just like it is, put over some low carb chips or in a low carb tortilla.


Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ lb chicken breast, bite sized cubes

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp salt & pepper

4 oz mild green chiles

¼ cup heavy whipping cream (more if needed to thin)

2 oz cream cheese

1 ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese

½ cup white American cheese
