Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
This cottage cheese ice cream recipe is everywhere so had to try it with my own spin.
Add a cup of cottage cheese, ½ cup of low sugar peanut butter, 2 servings of your favorite chocolate protein powder and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass container, stir in some sugar free chocolate chips, cover and freeze for a couple hours.
Super simple, tasty and VERY filling. This is probably 2 servings but it was so filling, it ended up as 3 for me.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup low sugar peanut butter
2 serving chocolate flavored protein powder (I used Dark Chocolate Keto//OS Pro cuz it has ketones and protein – Save $10 using the link )
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips.
