Low Carb Mexican Pizza



This is the BEST low carb Mexican pizza I’ve ever eaten! My kids didn’t even believe it wasn’t regular pizza crust!


The crust is super simple: 7 cups of mozzarella cheese and 7 eggs. Mix really well with a hand mixer.


Spread evenly onto a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle your taco seasoning on top (I used Flavor God's Taco Tuesday)


Bake this at 450 degrees for 18 minutes.


In a skillet, brown 2 lb of ground beef and add your taco seasoning (I used 2 packets of taco seasoning).


Drain, place on your cooked crust and add your favorite toppings!


This fed the whole family and we had leftovers!



Ingredients:

7 cups Mozzarella Cheese

7 Eggs

2lbs Ground Beef

2 packets Taco Seasoning
