If you’re trying to eat more protein, stay low carb, and actually feel FULL after a meal… this recipe needs to go on your list immediately.

I love recipes that are simple, fast, and don’t leave me standing in the kitchen for an hour. This one checks every box.

The best part? The protein bread plus the cottage cheese makes this incredibly satisfying. I honestly thought I’d eat both pieces myself… but halfway through I was full and my husband happily claimed the second one 😂

Why I Love Low Carb + High Protein

One of the biggest reasons I struggled to stay low carb for years wasn’t the food itself…

It was my appetite.

The cravings. The constant thinking about food. The afternoon crashes that made me want sugar or caffeine. The emotional roller coaster. The waking up at random hours of the night.

That’s honestly what made consistency hard for me.

Everything changed when I started using ketone supplements.

At first, I just noticed I felt more in control around food. My appetite calmed down and staying low carb suddenly felt easier instead of feeling like a battle of willpower.

Then I started noticing all the OTHER benefits:

  • steady energy

  • better focus

  • no afternoon crashes

  • better sleep

  • more stable moods

  • feeling like myself again

One drink a day truly brought me back to life and helped me feel in control again.

Now it’s simply part of my daily routine right alongside meals like this.
