Low Carb Chocolate Fluff

This looks amazing!

8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup powdered zero-calorie sweetener (such as Swerve®) 5 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/8 tsp pink sea salt Optional: Serve with a few Lily’s SF chocolate chips on top Directions: Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Turn mixer to low speed and slowly add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Add sweetener, cocoa powder and salt, mixing until well incorporated. Turn mixer to high, and mix until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later. Makes 10- 1/3 c servings 2.3 g net carbs per serving (Carb count does not reflect added chocolate chips for topping)
