Low Carb Chicken & Mushroom Dinner
Looking for a low carb SIMPLE dinner, the whole family can enjoy? This one checks all the boxes.
Start with seasoning 2 chicken breasts that have been cut in half with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.
In a skillet sauté’ mushrooms on medium heat in oil and butter along with some amino acids and thyme until tender then remove.
Add more oil and cook the chicken on each side for 2 minutes.
Add heavy whipping cream to the mushrooms then pour on top of the chicken and then cover with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Pair with your favorite veggie and enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts halved
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 tsp liquid aminos
½ tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp HWC
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
