Keto Pork Chop Bites



These tasty bites are super simple and a great meal or appetizer. We usually like to dip ours in ranch or horseradish.

Start with cutting 4 pork chops into bite size pieces, stir in some avocado oil, then pour on your seasoning and mix thoroughly.

Pop in your air fryer for 8 minutes, shake em up ½ way through and serve.


Ingredients: 4 pork chops 2 tbsp avocado oil 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp cayenne pepper Salt and pepper to taste


Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, shaking up ½ way through.
