Microwave Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

These are as delicious as they look. You are gonna want to save this low carb recipe for sure.

Start with adding ½ cup of monk fruit to butter and heavy whipping cream and microwave for two minutes and stir until smooth.

Then add peanut butter and vanilla and mix together. You can also use almond butter if peanut butter causes inflammation for you.

Pour into a lined 7x9 dish

The topping is sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil, microwave at 45 second intervals and pour on top

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and then cut into squares

Ingredients

½ stick butter

¼ cup HWC

½ cup monk fruit or erythritol

Add 1 cup of Almond Butter

1 tsp vanilla

Topping

1 ½ cups of sugar free chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil
