Keto Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

If you like cinnamon rolls, quick and easy recipes, AND you are eating low carb… you’re gonna love this recipe!!
I get it… sugar cravings are a real thing!!! This recipe is helpful but I RARELY ever having sugar cravings anymore. In fact, I made this and let my son eat it (yes I don’t encourage my kids to eat sugar)
This recipe is so simple, just start with a microwavable mug and add:
3 tbsp of almond flour
½ tsp of baking powder 1 tbsp of melted butter 1 egg ¼ tsp of vanilla extract
Stir together to make a batter.
Then sprinkle on top:
½ tsp granulated sweetner
1 tsp cinnamon
(use a knife to swirl it together)
Microwave for 1 minute.
The frosting is just: ¼ tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp powdered sweetener (I use Swerve) 1 tsp heavy whipping cream.
