High Protein Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding

This high protein low carb pudding not only tastes great but has so many health benefits!


Chia seeds aid in weight loss from being so high in fiber and providing appetite control. They are also a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, protein, calcium to help with bones and are high in anti-oxidants which creates gorgeous skin not to mention the digestion benefits.


And the pumpkin flavor has me ready for fall.


Ingredients:

¼ cup water

¼ cup heavy whipping cream

2 ½ tbsp chia seeds

2 ½ tbsp brown sugar sweetener (Swerve)

1 tbsp pumpkin pure

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp vanilla

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
