Firecracker Chicken Balls
Definitely save this recipe, it’s full of flavor, low carb and super simple!
Use 1 lbs of ground chicken and add minced garlic, spices and ground pork rinds and 1 egg.
Combine all together really well and then use an ice cream scoop to shape and place on parchment paper.
Bake a 375 for 12 minutes, flipping them in between.
For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil and stir for a couple minutes.
Then just dip the balls in the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Ingredients:
1 lbs ground chicken
3 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ cup ground pork rinds (Pork King Good)
1 egg
Sauce:
½ cup hot sauce
1 cup brown sugar (keto friendly sweetener)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp salt
½ to 1 tsp red pepper flakes depending on your taste
