Chocolate Avocado Protein Mousse (Low Carb)



Here is a great Low Carb Chocolate, Avocado, Protein Mousse that is so good and super satisfying! A full serving is actually more like a lunch for me, I'd cut it in half for a dessert or snack. So either 2 lunch servings or 4 desserts/snacks.


I'm using 2 ripe avocados, coconut milk, ***allulose sweetener by RXSugar (coupon code below), salt, vanilla and mct oil along with my favorite protein powder (coupon link below).


I use protein powder that also contains ketones but you could use your own regular protein powder as well. For me, I just love all the extra benefits of ketosis.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Ripe Avocados

1 tsp MCT oil or Coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp RXSugar sweetener (see coupon code above)

1/3 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips

2 packets of Dark Chocolate Keto//Os Pro (or use your regular chocolate protein powder)
