Best low carb blackened chicken recipe so far. Spicy and tender and only ONE net carb per serving!!!
First I mixed up all the spices and added to 1 ½ pounds of chicken tenders and stirred until they were covered.
In a skillet I added the chicken to avocado oil and butter.
I cooked for 3 minutes then flipped and cooked another 3 minutes.
Perfect taste and perfect texture and only 1 net carb
Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs Chicken Tenders 2 tbsp Avocado Oil 2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp of each: Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Oregano Basil Thyme Cayenne Salt Pepper
