Who loves some Low Carb snack ideas?!?! I remember when I first started Low Carb I was frantic for snacks and wanted more options than veggies, salami and cheese. I rarely snack now that I am in Ketosis (not from the diet) but every once in awhile it’s nice to have a little something.
Tips for snacking:
Only snack during a feeding window (Intermittent Fasting)
Measure out your snack... so you don't overdo it, especially with nuts
Drink Keto Nat instead of a snack
A couple times a week, replace your lunch for a snack (great for calorie cycling also known as metabolic confusion)
