🄚 5 Day Egg Fast Journey – Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of my 5-Day Egg Fast! šŸŽ‰If you’ve never heard of an egg fast before, don’t worry — you’re not alone. Despite the name, this isn’t a fast fromĀ eggs... it’s a fast ofĀ eggs! That means for five days, I’m focusing on eggs, healthy fats, and a few key additions to reset my body, kickstart weight loss, and reduce inflammation.

🄚 Why I’m Doing This

The Egg Fast is a popular keto-style reset that helps break through plateaus, beat bloat, and simplify your meals — which is perfect when you need a clean slate. I’ve found it especially helpful after traveling, stress, or just feeling a bit "off" in my routine.

But here’s the thing: I’m not just eating eggs and calling it a day.

Staying energized and avoiding the dreaded ā€œketo fluā€ means keeping electrolytes in check.
