🥚 5 Day Egg Fast – Day 2: The Inflammation is MELTING Off!

Okay... WOW. It’s only Day 2 and I’ve already lost 3 pounds — not from starving, but from reducing inflammation and giving my body what it needs to reset.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed? I’m going to the bathroom so much more — not in a bad way, but in that “my body is releasing everything it’s been holding onto” kind of way. You know that feeling when your rings fit better or your face looks less puffy? Yep. That’s systemic inflammation draining out of my body. 🙌


💡 What’s Working So Far:

  • Eggs + Healthy Fats are keeping me full, so I’m not even thinking about snacking.
