YUMMY Low Carb Breakfast Bombs!

These were a HUGE hit in our house! Super easy to reheat for the kids & perfect for that needed protein in your diet.

Mix together 2 lbs of sausage and 1 lb of hamburger. Then add 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of minced onion, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 tbsp garlic (I use Flavor God’s Garlic Lovers), 3 eggs, & 1 lb of shredded cheese.

I find it easiest to mix by hand and then roll into balls.

Place on a cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 25 -30 minutes, & there ya go!
