Keto Cream Cheese Stuffed Bagel Bites!!
These are fresh out of the oven and so delicious!
Super simple recipe, start with shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Melt in the microwave and stir together.
Add an egg, almond flour and baking powder and knead together. Using your hand works best if you keep them wet.
Place cream cheese in the middle and roll into balls, this recipe makes 8 to 10 depending on the size you make.
Dip in egg white then roll into your seasoning and bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
