This is me trying to make a recipe work that I found on Instagram with just the ingredients I have on hand.
I sliced up 3 chicken breasts and topped with salt and pepper as well as this seasoning by Flavor God. Fiesta Sweet and Tangy. Don’t over think your seasoning, go with your gut. I’m pretty generous with mine.
Then I through some frozen peppers and onions on top (this was all I had left in the freezer)
In a skillet I melted a block and a half of cream cheese with 1 can of rotel then poured on top of the chicken and peppers.
I baked this for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
Put some shredded cheese on top and cooked another 5 minutes.
Then just plated in some low carb tortillas... Not bad for a throw it together meal!
