Who doesn’t love a little crunch in their chocolate?! This is my favorite simple recipe for anyone low carb or keto.
Start with 1 cup of sugar free chocolate chips and add 1 tsp of mct or coconut oil. This is my favorite brand.
Microwave in 45 second intervals stirring in between until melted and add ¼ cup of Sola Granola or you can add chopped nuts if you don’t have the granola.
Pour into your favorite chocolate molds. Place in the freezer for about an hour.
Super tasty and kid approved!!
